Covenant 3000 is a promise to the first 3,000 families who want serious development without surrendering peace or purpose (faith-based with a Hebraic lens—open to all (Israelites or Gentiles). Coach JuJu along with expert staff, will lock in with the first 3,000 families in the form of an annual check-in virtual call (included), Q&A segments, membership highlights/shout outs, polls, journal highlights, virtual shooting competitions with leaderboards, ways to earn in-store credit and much more!

Pipeline 2025–2028: Oct 13–Nov 6 classes run Monday–Thursday evenings (6:00pm–9:00pm) at Wintrust in Chicagoland (Bedford Park, IL) with DFW for a 4-weekend stretch (Nov 15–Dec 7). December–May moves to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL) Monday–Thursday (5:30pm–8:30pm), while DFW shifts to 1st and 3rd Friday–Sunday blocks. March–July is travel ball season with an on-week and off-week rhythm. On-week: both training hub cities (Chicago & DFW) mirror AM/PM skill, finishing, defense craft, shooting ladders, and situational installs; full court scrimmage is capped at 30 minutes for a little sparring to preserve legs prior to games. Off-week: teams return Sunday night, Monday morning off, Monday evening film and restorative activity, then Tuesday AM/PM resumes with weekday scrimmages and optional participation in weekend clinics.

Team structure keeps pressure honest. Tribes (ages 9 through 12) scales intentionally across A and B lines, playing both 12U/13U/14U. Elite Travel scales from ages 13 to 16 and feeds a 16U National A and B team and a 17U National A that blends predominantly 16U players and seventeens to raise pace and decision speed. The Academy is our varsity and international slate, hunting fixtures versus elite prep teams as well as European and Latin American club U18s. Long-term, we will explore entries into 2nd and 3rd-division pro competition abroad so youth-to-pro becomes a map, not marketing.

Memberships are honest.

LITE: reduced class rates plus online curriculum, journals, and film modules (will not expand to other sports once we expand to multiple sports).

Participation beats puffed-up stats. Our psychology-backed leaderboard rewards verifiable effort and healthy habits.

 

• 1 point: submit your weekly log by Friday 11:59 p.m. Central (stats; no video required and faith-based journals are optional).

•2 points: submitting by Friday unlocks availability to submit video inside a timed pop-quiz window with a randomized 4-character code, spoken or shown, whether or not you hit the target.

•4 points: submit in-window and hit the target (for example, 60% wide-open for advanced shooters).

•8 points: win a declared challenge in your bracket (window, code, targets, first place).

 

Year 1 promo: 100% of points convert to in-store credit quarterly; next year, 50% converts.

Submissions are simple. 5–15 minutes of drills to complete Monday through Thursday; submit no earlier than Friday inside your Thinkific learning management system and Discord region, gender, and skill channel; the weekly deadline is Sunday 11:59 p.m. for any weekend assignments (another 1+ point opportunity).​

Technology and media accelerate learning. We record angles that matter, tag clips by drill and teaching point, and connect journals to film so each athlete builds a living résumé with receipts. Public streams are previews are available at times; members access replays with timestamps and context cards. NIL-smart Q&A helps families separate attention from value.
